Communicate with your Board! Communication with the Board will aid them in identifying the various components and functions within the club that could potentially benefit from the infusion of expertise.

The Board of Directors shall have all of the powers granted to Boards of Directors of non-profit corporations pursuant to A.R.S. §10-3801 et seq.
